The breakfast had plenty of food, like breads, cereals, and cheese. The room was spotless and unique, with with comfortable beds and lovely decor.

I stayed here for a trip and would consider staying here again. The place was fairly clean with a genuinely helpful and attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The food was good, I loved fresh bread and cheese served in the morning.

By and large, it was extremely convenient and good old place with excellent staff from check-in to check-out. The location was magnificent, for example, a highly absorbing chocolate museum was not too far from the hotel. Cellar bar was cosy.

The location was great and fantastic - ease of access to Market Square. We found it in a lovely area near to the center of town, Bruges train station and the centre.

The room I stayed in was large with free WiFi, comfortable beds, for example. The location was good and beautiful: the main shopping centre and a main market were within walking distance.

Internet connection was weak and the bathroom I had was cramped.

Enjoyable and delicious breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. Marvellous and incredible location in Bruges and walk from a bus station.

Location: the hotel was short walk to center of Bruges, the attractions and the central square. The staff were really kind and assisted us with public parking. The bathroom was nice and the room itself perfect.

Thanks very much all for an excellent stay for 2 nights. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious with local honey and freshly pressed orange juice, for example, no reason to complain. The staff were amicable and pleasant and the location was unbeatable right in the heart of town. Moreover, it's right by the main attractions, center of Bruges and local shops.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The complimentary breakfast spread was absolutely lavish, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hostess was gracious and provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it super convenient to explore and visit all the major attractions. We were able to walk everywhere, saving us time and money on transportation.
